  Menstruation  Menstruation is naturally occurred phenomena in girls. In which physical, psychology, mental, emotional as well as social changes occur. It is most important part of girls in their life cycle. Sometimes menstruation also know as means or period. At, the time of menstruation blood flow through urethra along with vagina. It occurs at the cycle of 28 or 30 days. It began between the age of 12 years to 19 years in girls and it is most important to manage the proper hygiene at that time. As, if we neglect there are high chance of occurrence of reproductive diseases and infection. Menstruation hygiene management refers to access to menstrual hygiene products to absorb or collect the flow of blood during periods privacy to change the materials and access to facilities dispose of used menstrual materials.
